WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Your insurance provider will contact us to arrange an assessment and/or you can contact us directly to confirm.

Our mobile service will come to you as possible as possible and provide your insurance providers the information they need to process your claim.

Their team of assessors will provide us with a letter of ‘Authority to repair’ when it’s been approved.

We will arrange a date for collection of your RV which will be taken back to our dedicated workshop to carry out the necessary repairs.

Throughout the repair, we give you updates and pictures of the progress of your repair.

Once it’s repaired, we will drop your RV back to you.
